Toyota Green Initiative and the Grammy weekend “Breakfast Club”

Toyota Green Initiative (TGI) treats music industry elite guests of 12th annual Grammy weekend “Breakfast Club” to an eco-friendly infused brunch experience

Featuring Toyota Green Initiative sponsored eco-friendly exclusive car-service in the 2016 Toyota Prius V, the 12^th annual Grammy weekend “Breakfast Club” brunch was hosted and organized by producer Brian-Michael Cox. The event honors industry influencers and artists such as Chris Hicks, Swizz Beatz, Joh Platt, and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Recording artist and record label executive DJ Khaled and producer and songwriter Kawan “KP” Prather were this year’s honorees.

Toyota’s vice president for African-American Business Strategy, Jim Colon said,

“Aligning with Bryan-Michael Cox, who has demonstrated a commitment to sustainability through his innovative approach to music producing, seemed like a natural fit for us.”

Cox prefers to record music in environmentally responsible and sound spaces. He said,

“I really believe in what Toyota is doing through the TGI program, so I wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to make my peers in the music industry aware and more conscious of sustainability as a whole.”
